of course i do, when was the last time you got to see the inside of your ass?

Never, and I don't really care to. I know what comes out of there, and I don't really have any interest in seeing what's inside.

Honestly, they're more than likely going to use Versed for your sedation.....and with Versed, while you're awake, you won't remember much if anything. Very strong amnesiac drug....what Valium was supposed to be.
(And most MD's will tell you that if you've had Versed, don't sign any contracts for a few days afterward.....you may have lapses in your memory. Side effect of the drug.)

My background....RN, BSN, CCRN. Was diagnosed with Crohn's 1986, and at 50+ years old, I've been through this merry-go-round more than a few times. Still hate it every time I go through it.....

When I had mine done, I didn't have to drink anything, nor was I put to sleep.
Man, it was painful!
I still can't figure out how the Dr. could guide the scope with no hands?

Wait! WAT?

Darned HMOs! (I think they misplaced an "O")

I had one done. I was clean. I suggest everyone have one done every 10 years. I had no discomfort afterwards at all. A lot gas though. The prep sucked, really sucked. Kudos, its good stuff.
