Florida does NOT have a requirement to notify law enforcement if you are carrying concealed. I have been pulled over a few times for speeding all while wearing my EDC and have never notified them.

Now, with that said, if I was ever asked to step out of my vehicle I would tell them. I'd rather them find out from me that I am carrying then have them find out during a pat down.

Had TM stayed at Brandi's house once he made it there and not come back to assault GZ he would be alive today. TM's just another teen who thought they were 10 foot tall and bullet proof only to find out it wasn't the case.

At that point (in OK) the officer cannot take your firearm away from you (assuming it's just a traffic stop or something), but IMO it's totally reasonable that he'd request he put it in the glove box. That'd be my guess as to what happened here

In Texas if you're asked for your ID you must also present your CHL and inform the office you are carrying concealed.

Actually according to the US Attorney General, GZ should have just retreated*.

After all as we know from truck fire incident GZ is a super hero and could have easily phase-shifted through the ground. The fact he didnt clearly demonstrates that he wanted to kill TM :colbert:

Why the fuck was this even a news item? Why wouldn't the police dept who made the stop respect his right to privacy and SECURITY. Now people know he is/was in Texas and what type of vehicle he was driving.

So.... he got a warning instead of a ticket- something that we all wish for when we get pulled over.

I've received two warning tickets for speeding in Texas. The first was when I was working down here in 2007 and driving a rental car. The second time was after I moved down here (2009). In both cases I was driving less than 10 mph over the speed limit.

The government said he was not guilty of any crime. The government deserves complete loyalty. Anyone who believes otherwise is a traitor. Traitors deserve death. Children ought to be trained to turn in their parents, and for that matter anyone who disagrees with the state. You disagree. You are a traitor. You deserve the penalty for the evil you do.

Seriously, you've given up any credibility when you took that line over NK and elsewhere.

When you embrace evil you have no standing when commenting on it.

Evidence, facts, common sense, informed people, and a jury determined Zimmerman was not guilty. The courts just made it official. People who are racist and lack the ability to think critically are the one who find Zimmerman guilty. In short, the dumbest people in the US.
