Partially true. Healthcare across Europe is becoming more and more privatised in many European states.
Only 40% of them are that big, and Europeans are getting bigger also. Its most likely the carbs not the fat though.
Anyhow back to the Titan card.
I think the new consoles will increase the graphics RAM we'll need. Seems extremely likely that the new consoles will up the average quality. But I also don't expect the console to go that big in VRAM, they tend to be based somewhere around entry level hardware. Today's 2-3 GB is going to be enough to play a console game at the quality of the console, but of course on PC we will probably have higher quality tessellation, potentially even bigger textures and lots more AA. I don't know if that means Titan's VRAM will be useful, I think today's cards will run out of performance before they run out of VRAM if today's latest PC exclusives are anything to go by.
But its also worth noting the higher quality art work costs more. So while we might be looking at the potential for increased texture quality its going to make games even more expensive than they are today. Great studios are going bust because they can't make a profit despite the sheer size of the market place and its success and growth. So maybe we wont see much more than increased resolutions and more detailed games, the better artwork will simply cost too much except for the very best selling games.
