has anyone figured out what cell phone with a video camera that has a blinking red light?

those are the girls word as that's more like a traditional camcorder. My phone has a flash recording icon when I use the video camera function.

but I've looked up phones offered by verizon, cingular and tmobile and none seem to have any red lights to go off.

Anyhow if someone has free access to the la county court systems it'd be interest to see where this guy's criminal case is headed. for some reason they want to make you pay for accessing the info online. I would think that with such damning evidence of him supposedly on camera, he's take plea deal right away.

Dang. Pretty stupid move, very embarrassing for for GeekSquad.
Too bad, I like their commercials.

Well perhaps they should be acquitted, since you like their commercials.
😛

Yeah, that's exactly why I buy a product or use a company to perform a service... because I like their commercials.

If they invited him into their house and he happened to be able to plainly see her showering while performing the requested duties, who is to say he wasn't legally within his right to record it?

/playing devil's advocate

I'm not a lawyer, but I am under the impression that generally speaking in order to taperecord or otherwise secretly make a record of an encounter, someone has to give consent....and usually I'd guess you would need the consent of the person being recorded.

If Chi was birthed professionally, he should sue the obstetrician. Unless the shape of his head is due to some congenital defect. Either way, I think he may have a way out of this lawsuit by pleading mental deficiency. 😛

The chick - dumb , not hot, has more like fat lady tatas and not hot lady tatas, uses a ton of makeup, probably out to make a quick buck - Paris Hilton in the making I guess
The Geek squad guy - Really dumb, could have handled it better, could have turn the recording indication off, I guess only a geek squad guy would be dumb enuf to pull this off

Most females I have met are really really paranoid when they have a stranger in the house. Heck one my friends wife is so paranoid that every time a maintenance guy comes in she actually keeps a concealed knife :Q the only reason I found it out was I went to there home and I found the knife under the living room cushion I kinda freaked out for a second

Are you familiar with a camera phone that has a blinking red recording indicator? No one has identified a specific example in this thread.

I fail to see how Best Buy or Geek Squad is liable for any of this? Even if the tech guy is guilty as sin, these chicks are still money grubbing whores.

agreed

I would think since they are paying for a service, and that service required a geek pervert to come to their house to do whatever. Geek Squad is providing that service and so becomes responsible for the geek pervert's actions while on the job.

He made a mistake, which means the company made a mistake.
