I still don't know if I should upgrade. Only be 10 bucks more a month but I don't know if I will get improvement running 2 computers and xbox 360 at the same time and if my game downloads would go faster.
 
14 Mbps is actually pretty fast... you should be done with any game download within a few hours. There's either a problem on the download server side (likely with smaller servers and piracy) or you're taking up your download bandwidth somewhere else.

Also: upload speed does not impact download speed at all (ISPs put artificial tiering so they can charge more money.)
 
My download light on my router is constantly flashing even with everything turned off. I have no clue why and the internet guy was like uhh idk why I can't fix it.

So if I had money would $120 for 14 down, 2 up be worth it? I have to wait until I find work though mom said she would do the 14 down, 1 up since it's only $10 more a month.

$120/mo for 14/2? Hell no, that is not worth it.
