Wait. Don't use Trinity if you're getting a separate GPU. Get the Ivy Celeron and B75 board I recommended on the last page. They're about the same cost, but the Celeron has much more CPU power.

No. It's more expensive, but serious, an A4 WILL NOT play WoW well at all. Think slideshow. Similarly, the DDR3 version of the 7750 is far inferior to the GDDR5 version.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Celeron G1610 2.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($34.99 @ Microcenter)
Motherboard: Biostar H77MU3 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($54.99 @ Microcenter)
Case: Rosewill RANGER-M MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $127.95
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Plus a 7750 from the FS/FT forum for $85.

It totals to be less than your build, plus it's more powerful.

From Amazon (also very good shipping policies) and Newegg, shipping free or included in price:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Celeron G1610 2.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock B75M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($58.97 @ Newegg)
Case: Rosewill RANGER-M MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $146.94
Plus the $85 7750 from FS/FT shipped. More powerful than that Athlon for less.

That 7750 is still DDR3. It's performance is dramatically lower than the GDDR5 version in FS/FT (and more expensive).

You never know. Plus, Ebay is huge (I see at least 2-3 GDDR5 versions that can be had for under $90). Don't despair.

Plus, if you have to wait for her to get you money, you're going to have to look for deals all over again anyway.

She likes what forest came up with. Plus I already have ram, psu, and hdd for her. Might as well use it.

What is better then the XFX 7950 3GB graphics card?

Very little: the Radeon 7970, Radeon 7970 GHz Edition, GTX 670 (depending on the game), GTX 680, GTX 690 (2 GTX 680s in SLI on one card), and Titan.

Ok I have a question. My internet is 8mbps and I can't connect to xbox servers and it is taking over 3 hours to upload one video to YouTube (it's at 46%).

Is it the router or my internet connection? The test says it is running a 8mbps but it is running slower then a lethargic turtle. It is DSL.

The internet guy was a total ass about it when he came out and say it is running fine and we don't need to upgrade and it is basically my fault that is runs slow.

It might not even be your connection speed at all. YouTube has all sorts of problems related with certain ISPs and throttling (cough, TWC, cough) that slow any connection down to molasses.

I have a 15mbps down and YouTube takes longer than a dialup on certain times of the day. Speedtest will only check your general speed, no site incompatibility is ever tested.
