"Hello, is your system still for sale? I'll send you $1500 Western Union right now for it if you'll take it. I've never used WU, just tell me what to do. I have the money and it's ready to go. Thanks a lot and hope to hear from you."
 
I can just see this guy racking up debt with his credit cards up the wazoo while thinking he has scammed like $6K from people.

Not a bad user rating (34 pos. or so) and some of those things he sold look like they could be from romania, but they are all little items from about $3-$25.

He hijacked that guys account, those aren't really his items. This all started when I got an email from eBay saying the auction I was bidding on was cancelled b/c the account had been hijacked. Read my first post😉

He's not that dumb. Of course Western Union sends money to Romania, just not through their on-line service. You have to go to a Western Union location to send it.
