well, I'm from Romania too... and it would've been funny to ask him for the laptop and say that I will go and pick it up 😉 , but now's too late.
a few observations though...
1. I also work for RDS - www.rdsnet.ro - and I can certify than bcristi does too... anyway, if you don't belive it, just call our offices and ask for him, etc, etc...
2. when he asked for the money for the fake id, 🙂 if we would kind of translate it to english, the name of the guy was something like Adrian Ass (where Adrian Nastase, out Prime Minister) and the adress was that of the romanian government, so he had you on that one 🙂
3. i strongly think this guy is just a kid, because he panicked like one.... 🙂 i wonder why he didn't give you a nuclear bomb ?!!!

anyway, I strongly encourage you to file an official complaint !!! there are some new IT laws (worst written ever probalby), but

and guess what, we have a picture!!!

1. i was wrong, he is not a kid... or someone else impersonates him - highly improbable because I think that you cannot pick up a WU without a real name.
