Clearly, American news organizations also have an anti-Osama Bin Laden bias. Almost every American news report I view or read that mentions Bin Laden paints him in a negative light. And the networks are also all anti-Jihadist and anti-Al Qaeda.

How come American news organizations don't report on Bin Laden, Al Qaeda, and Jihadists in a more balanced way? Where are the pro-Al Qaeda pieces?

American news reporters are all just pro-American hacks.

Let's face it, the White House isn't in the habit of sending 'talking points', however wrong, to other networks as part of how they get their message out.

They'll put out their points, which other networks report on as White House statements, and can question the accuracy of the points.

I'd have to see the fuller context of the original, but it sure didn't look like she was dismissing or criticizing the 'terrorist fist jab' description, but quoting it as 'one interpretation' people have, as if any of them might be reasonable. Her apology was simply for people misunderstanding her as saying it herself rather than propagating it, and backing off the innuendo. Not much of an apology.

Thats what so disappointing about McCain. He voted against increasing Veteran War benefits from 2002-2007 and now is touting that he was VERY supportive of Jim Webb's legislation to increase the GI bill. And originally he was one of the strongest OPPONENTS of that bill. He is just a flip-flopper like everyone else.

First, that's an old trick stating "people say" that way the idea is spread out on the air.
