As far as I know there is no national news on Fox. Where all other channels surveyed have national programs.

Fox News channel has two news shows: Brett Bear and Shep Smith. The rest are editorial type (Hannity, O'Reily etc.)

MSNBC news channel has no news shows, only editorial.

I thought he was asking why the survey didn't ask about Fox and Fox News, since they did ask about NBC and MSNBC.

My post was referring to broadcast Fox, the is no national news or editorial "news" show on broadcast Fox, only Fox News. Which is probably why they didn't ask about Fox and Fox News, but did ask about NBC and MSNBC.

I would've like to have seen CNBC and Fox Business on the poll too.

Brett's show has the consevative talking point panel on everyday, the only "news" show is Shep's.

The panel is its own segment and separate from the news broadcast and has journalists appearing on it with reporting. Brett's show is more world news focused with foreign correspondants etc, and Shep's has a more USA focus.

The panel has people representing both sides, not just conservatives and Brett does not participate in the panel, he moderates the discussion.

Gotcha. I misunderstood.

The local Fox channel I pick up out of Greenville SC has local news, but I think you're correct that there is no national news show on the Fox channel.

Whose on the left side of the panel? Juan Williams? He's right of center, but no liberal. Krauthammer & Krystal are right, so's the guy with the glasses, always forget his name.

And during Brett's "news section", he has Rove, Palin, etc, spoutting the talking points...

As someone who is somewhat right down the middle politically, though definitely leans Republican Party, I'll say without a doubt most of Fox News is garbage.

But that doesn't make me want to be a progressive in any way shape or form.

Though I do like the show The Five on Fox News. Greg Gutfeld is very funny, Dana Perino is hot, Bob Beckel is a good token Democrat, then two conservative mindless stooges tossed in. The show is best when one of the stooges goes on a rant against something a Democrat said that day, turns to Bob and demands he defend his side - and Bob kind of shakes his head in disgust saying along the lines "I hate you all, how can you guys be that stupid?"

I see Kirsten Powers on the panel often. Oh, and Mara (can't recall last name) who is from PBS.

No, Juan is not "right of center".

I've never seen Rove or Palin on Brett's show, but then again I don't see his show too often.
