how much do you weigh?

do you consider yourself skinny or fat?

what is the ideal weight at 5'10 or 5'11?

I'm 5'10-11 and only weight 142 lbs the last time i checked.

I've been scrawny my whole life and extremely self conscious about my posture and upper body

so.. how much do you weigh and are you content?

I'm 6'11" and 260 lbs. I'm a fatty! :(

Sad thing is I didn't even realize I'd gotten that big, I didnt' look like I'd gained it. Apparently that was all an illusion.

Man.

I'm 5'11" and only 160.

I'm discontent: I feel pretty skinny. I'm working toward at least 175... one day. It's nice to have meat on your bones.

5'10" on a good day, 5'9" on a bad day. about 145. I'm pretty skinny, a lot of weight in my legs from my days in cross country. I want to get to about 160 and I'll be happy.

Heh. I'm 6'4" and 160-165 lbs. I feel pretty skinny too, but I'm fine with that.

OP, being conscious of posture is a good think imo. A couple years ago, I was suffering quite a bit of lower back pain because of poor posture. It hurt all the time, and it was tough even sitting through 50 minute classes. I've improved my posture, and no more pain. I also think good posture is attractive (at least in women). I think it shows self confidence. If you're worried about looking scrawny, then work out.

I'm 5'10" and 163lbs or so. I'm quite happy with my size, and don't really have a desire to get any bigger. I mostly workout now to continue gaining strength as opposed to mass.

A lot of it depends on your bone structure/frame, as everyone wears their weight differently.

You could stand to gain some weight but 140 isn't that bad for 5'10-11". Friend of mine was 150 for the longest time, at 6'2".

I'm around 5'10" and hover around the 160lbs forever it seems, never up, never down.

Looking to put on at least 10 more lbs.

I'm 5'10" and about 213lbs. I was 203 about a month ago, but then I bought a new grill. I was about 180 before I got married, wouldn't mind getting back down to that weight.

Eh... i'm about 6'4" @ 225-230ish... I've been lifting now for about 5 years and I'm fairly well built. Still, I really should hit up the treadmill a bit for summer... maybe drop to 210-215ish...
