Im 5'10, and for my body I think 165 -170 would be ideal
I probably weigh around 180 right now, 175 in high school, but I was a rock then.
Too much mass for me now, I want to lose weight for rock climbing... unfortunately ever since about my junior year ive been a barrel shape...just really big in the chest region.
Even in high school my body weight would have classified me as obese, even though i had less body fat than 99% of my classmates
