Yes, I knw where every little thing we have today came from, from pagan, and christian, Nordic and Roman, etc.
And to be honest, the more I knew, the more it ruined it.
Christmas in my family had a slight religious background, but the main part was family. Always family.
And that's what Christmas is to me today. Family.
Just because I have no religious beliefs doesn't mean I have to shun religious days or traditions. You take the good, You take the bad, You take them both and there you have the facts of life.
