Cheap airflow fix I'd forgotten to mention: Take out one or two PCI expansion slot covers and leave them open. Try taking out the bottom PCI cover, and maybe the cover next to a hot AGP card. This is almost as good as cool air from the front of the case, it just doesn't bring as much air over the drive bays. This fix will lower the cpu temps if the case is too hot now.
The Delta PSU fan is very quiet, and very slow. It does not move much air at all, so both 80mm exhaust ports are being used on my rigs (after cutting them open to install chrome grills). Too bad that 120mm front fan mount is so useless, but cutting out the speaker grill, and raising the case, worked for me. Dual exhausts allow for two quiet fans, (much better than having just one loud fan), drawing in plenty of cool air and blow out the hot stuff.
The supplied 4-pin TopMotor 80mm fan is slow and silent at 5V, quiet and stronger at 7V, but too loud for me at the normal 12V.
