Newegg is an excellent reseller, however not all of the stuff they sell is. If the manufacturer is cheap (as opposed to inexpensive) you sometimes can get the short end of the stick - you would from any reseller, it's generally a fault in the manufacturer's packaging or the product itself - not a fault with Newegg.. I've read reviews of some cheap cases saying much the same thing, that it came dented or what-not. You get what you pay for. Newegg does have a good RMA policy, though you do have to pay shipping if you RMA something. With a case that'd run $10-$15 to ship it's probably better to bang out the dents though, which you did. Other things that make Newegg good are competitive pricing, shipping (generally cheap, if not free - and almost always 2-3 day FedEx), and telling you when they don't have something in stock, as opposed to charging your credit card and saying nothing as they wait a month or two to get the item in stock while you wonder what the f*ck happened (fsck you mem4less.com! :|).
