Don't know. But if you go to their website, they still list FF2 as the official current version.

Yea, the WEBPAGE that first loads still says release candidate, but the actual program is not RC3. Their site is so hammered they probably forgot or can't change the wording.

I'm impressed with how fast it is.
Memory usage has been rather stable at around 110 MB if anyone is interested (4 tabs open)

a when I downloaded RC3 when it came out, RC3 wasn't stated under help about.

Well, "Release Candidates" are just that. A RC version of some sort will become the Final version.
