ahh... weezer... now that is band. also, what does her man have to do with me? besides, i wasn't being literal. I already have an internet girlfriend. her name is kristi, and she is on a shoot in hawaii right now! so leave me alone!
After I went to one of their concerts (the second to last one, it was at the United Center, not the small Metro concert) I've liked all of their stuff, mostly the older albums.
FYI, if you like Tool, try listening to A Perfect Circle (same singer, same good stuff...sort of), but assuming you do like Tool, you'd probably know anyway.
Favorite all time: Metallica. They have yet to release an album that I don't like, and I have every one. I've been on Limp Bizkit: Chocalate Starfish trip lately though.
A second all time band would be U2, check out their best hits 1980-1990 album.
To all those whose fav is Metallica, I also love Metallica. Well, I love the old school Metallica(self-titled and before). Everything after that was pretty bad IMHO. Curious though, what do you think of the news of Newsted's leaving?
BA, I agreed 110%. Newsted marked the downfall of Metallica for me. Cliff was an incredible bassist and they were at a loss without him. God rest his soul. They only way for Metallica to bring themselves back would be to ressurect Cliff.. Or find some equally as good... Hmm.. Perhaps it's time to dig up my copy of the Necronomicon. 😉
I happen to be listening to that mp3 just as I read your post Static911.. freaky. 😛 Also, that was the song played at my cousins wedding. Cheers to classical music.
