reduce calories, but not too extreme. eat healthier foods and cut out soda, excess juice, etc. lift weights.
 
If you're fed up with mankind go for a hike somewhere. Take up biycling, that can be very isolating in a good sense. If you've got pent up aggression take up boxing or jiujitsu. If you're bored, walk around and observe life.
