reduce calories, but not too extreme. eat healthier foods and cut out soda, excess juice, etc. lift weights.

If you are doing all the others, then yes, that will help, too.

If you're fed up with mankind go for a hike somewhere. Take up biycling, that can be very isolating in a good sense. If you've got pent up aggression take up boxing or jiujitsu. If you're bored, walk around and observe life.

For just the diet portion the fastest has to be the Fat Flush Plan

It's a kinda Adkins with tons of veggies and a lot of supplements to keep your metabolism up and the fat rolling off.
