Actually, in California, going over 100mph is regarded as reckless driving and they can actually arrest you and take you into jail. In California, you will only get a ticket for possession of certain drugs. So, your point is moot.
Again, we need to figure out why a specific topic is not regarded as acceptable. Is it due to the severity? Is using Napster which violates very specific laws and is illegal an acceptable topic? People have talked about using OpenNap and haven't been chastized.. yet we chastize someone for talking about marijuana.
Like I have said previously, the logic here is a bit skewed and seems inconsistent.
