if i found a neked picture of my ex on a pr0n site, i would e-mail it to her and ask her if this is her. Its fun.

She doesn't have email, she doesn't even own a computer. I tell you, I WANTED to say something, but I got to thinking about the situation. If it's her, and I'm as convinced as I can be that it is, she is praying that nobody recognizes her in that photo. As such, it would be rather humiliating for her to learn that someone does in fact know that its her. I have nothing against her that would make me want to cause her humiliation in such a way.

Maybe she called you thinking that it was you that set up the cam and posted the pics on the net to get back at her?

Nope, it ain't me in that photo, and she knows it. The man in the pic is wearing a watch, and she knows I cannot stand to wear anything on my wrist. I don't even own a watch. She bought me one for Christmas once and I returned it.

What I'm saying is, she knows WHEN that pic was taken, and she knew it at the moment it was taken. It would be difficult for her not to. Big flash bulb going off as you're having sex in a dark room? Might as well parade a marching band through the room.

As I've plainly shown, your alleged 'inconsistency' arises from a horrible misreading of my statements, taking some statements out of context and attempting to reconcile them with other statements taken out of context. If you'd put as much effort into giving a proper reading to my statements as you do attempting to nit-pick flaws out of them, we could all get along just fine.

What you forgot was to provide any credible evidence that I was not consistent and now you're bailing on me. Again, more 'validation'.

It is not as though many other people (hopefully) are going to look at her in that position and say - hey! I know her!

It may be a grudge bf pic, but if there is no face, then it is kind of a no harm / no foul situation as far as I am concerned.

While this isn't impossible, its highly improbable because the chances are so slim, unless you're a phenomonal pron junkie...not to mention adding the additional statistical probability that you're a serious pron junkie and you're ex was in an orgy with a hidden camera.

Add the fact that you care enough about your ex to not share her pic, while at the same time you won't discuss it with her that she was violated like that.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt tscenter, but prove its the same person by posting a real pic of her and the slut pic of her (faces and organs (and other people) blacked or smudged out, that verifies some of these characteristics you mentioned...........

I can only see a quarter-side view of the woman's face, her head is turned away from the camera, so I cannot make a positive ID based on her face. I start looking over the rest of the woman's features. There is nothing about the woman in the photo that is inconsistent with my EX, other than the fact that I'm still not wanting to believe it is her. Her hair (color, length, type, style), complexion and skin tone, and her physical proportions are all consistent.

By this time I'm studying this damned pic like nobody's business, I've got the sucker loaded in Photoshop. I'm still not convinced it is her just by her features and proportions, so I'm looking for unique identifying features, and I find several.

One: The woman has shoes on (and that's it), and the shoes are of the style my ex is known to wear (cannot tell the brand). The woman's socks are folded into a sort of 'cuff' at the top of the shoe, which is how my ex always wears her socks.

Two: The woman's fingernails are trimmed, not long. My ex doesn't like long nails.

Three: Scar on the back of her thigh (yes, you can see just about everything). My ex has a scar on the same thigh from having a suspicious mole removed.

Four: The woman in the photo has two rings on, one on her left ring finger and one on her right thumb. My ex always wears a thumb ring on her right hand, for whatever reason. Cannot see the rings in detail.

Five: The woman is wearing an ankle chain, which my ex always wears.

Inquiring minds want to know...

And I don't know why he's afraid to tell her since he's done her quite a few times anyways. He could always say a "friend" found it, if perhaps he's afraid to admit he's into pron. And is there a date on the photo? The "modified" date should indicate when the photo was snapped (or scanned). I'd think it should be relayed to her in case it helps. For example, say she was date-raped with ghb or something, thats evidence that could be used in court. Lets see the some of the proof. This story sounds too stretched to be true.

Enough of my unfair speculation, lets see some substance of fact to backup anything that he's saying.

Every single time he said hidden cammed he did NOT mean a tiny little grat&white hidden camera that takes poo-quality little videos. He meant it in the sense that the camera was "hidden" as in she did not agree to have her picture taken with it. Obviously, immediately after the pic was taken she would know what happened (dark room, flash). Sheesh, he explained it so many times, what's not to get?

Just because the picture is of good quality does not automatically mean that the camera used to take the picture is a regular sized consumer grade camera. I am sure that there are many hidden and tiny professional grade cameras that take perfectly good indoor pictures.

I find it interesting that tscenter is SO sure of what type of camera was NOT used to take the photograph. Was he there? If he was not there, it is impossible to rule out the possibility that a a very high quality, yet still hidden, camera took the picture. (And to avoid any confusion, I am using the word "hidden" to mean: something that is out of sight, concealed, secretly placed.)

Now if the girl "obviously" knew that the photo was taken without her consent, why all the tip toeing around the issue whe he was talking to her?

It is quite amazing circumstances, isn't it? I thought so...which is why I felt compelled to share it.

The thing about probability is that the event can strike at any point. There was a woman on David Letterman about 10 years ago who won the lottery twice. They estimated the odds were something like one in four billion, or roughly the same probability of two people having identical DNA test results.

I'm sure the woman is thankful she didn't chose a statistician as her career choice, otherwise she would have been compelled to refuse the prizes under the premise that 'this cannot happen'. lol!

I appreciate the sentiment behind giving me the benefit of the doubt, but I didn't ask for the benefit of the doubt. I posted my story, if you chose to believe it, fine. I have enough experience with video and photography, hobbyist in nature. All I will say is that I have my reasons for believing the 'pic' was not a video source, reasons you are not aware of by design. Do you have enough brain cells to rub together to figure out that I probably know more about this photo than you...that you haven't seen the photo and I have? Goodness, I'm sorry for you that I even had to say it.

I have already described at least one of these reasons, which you have utterly failed to discredit. There are other reasons, but I will not be baited into disclosing any more about this photograph than I want to, for reasons of discretion.
