If you are going to quote someone at least be accurate. Reminds me too much of Fox News.

He said "we would have a one term proposition", meaning it's something that would have to be dealt with. It was said in the context of being held accountable.

He never said "I should be a one term president" If he felt that way he wouldn't run. Geez you guys are desparate.

I agree, the other poster wasn't EXACT in the quote and I provided the link to a video of bho answering the question where the quote originated from. The context and spirit were correct but the words weren't exact.

Point well taken . But it is these same states that have the most rep. in congress that past laws that there states consume the most tax dollars.We in MN don't need the aid that NY needs. We don't have all the sand baggers . We don't need all these social laws . We don't want or need laws saying baby murder is fine . or gays can marry . The east and west start this BS. than it spreads to the rest of the country like a sickness.
The laws are made and past by the east coast mob.

It's like the GOP thinks every American has the attention span of a turnip and cant remember events a few months earlier. Perry begging for federal aid in Texas with the wild fires when he was lambasting Obama for not declaring it a disaster area to clear the way for federal money, Bentley in Alabama when hit by the tornados in the spring. Funny but I can't seem to find anything that mentions them demanding any cuts before they took aid or after.

The eastern states were warned right here on this forum not that long ago to leave the east side of the mississippi . Put the right words into google search it will take you right to that post . Eric Cantor is more worried about making sure Israel gets its free handout while at the same time flipping the bird to Americans who need disaster relief. I know exactly where we can get the disaster relief funds from. The $3 billion a year we are giving Israel.

Apparently understanding you can spend a sum of money on more than one thing is too hard for ProfJohn to understand.

People like this make me very, very happy I'm not an American. I don't think I could live in a country where people as dumb as this are actually allowed to vote AND have it count as a full vote. It's TERRIFYING!

More and more I see the US is fucked regardless.
