first of all the word "steak" has no legal definition as to exactly what it is your getting, you could call shoulder cuts "steak" if you want. How you eat it is your business, to me I'd rather cook something in a way that it tastes best since I paid for it, why not put in a little effort do do a decent job??.

You see, not everyone's definition of "decent" job, care or tastes are the same.

We are ALL different.

Just because you like something or cooked a certain way doesn't mean it applies to all.

True, you have to enjoy what you like in life, your way. Enjoy your dry, tasteless, rubber biskits, we only go around once you know!..

That's fine, you put more emphasis on taste than you do on health.

I would prefer not to risk my health for a fuckin meal.

I don't care how people eat their steak. I sure don't get those who foam at the mouth about others eating it well done.

That being said, I always eat rare at home and restaurants. I have NEVER gotten sick from eating rare.

I do however get sick from bad chicken or dessert time to time.

You should do some research on food safety. Start here. Even though this is for sous vide cooking, the cooking device doesn't matter. Temperature, time, and quantity of food are what matters.

I would classify it as maggot-ridden roadkill.
