I did a cursory search of the Stanford thread and failed to find your rock standing support for that judge.

Pot meet kettle.

don't know what the word silent means do you?

That judge is getting death threats. Liberals are silent on that issue.
Trump getting racist on a judge - Liberals act like its the end of the world.

Liberal crusader Pocahontas is all upset because trump might be trying to influence a judge. Meanwhile 900,000 plus people sign a petition because they don't like a judge, and issue threats to him and his family, and Pocahontas says nothing.

Liberals - ultimate hypocrites.

They are only silent because the bubble you live in has no Liberal voice. They obviously don't condone death threats, but there is a big clear distinction between the two cases. One has the defendant calling the judge impartial because he has Mexican heritage as the only reason the judge has ruled against him. The other is a universally perceived miscarriage of justice from both sides.

Get out of your bubble.

You missed the part where Trump said something like can you imagine me elected president in a court room? That can easily be looked at as a threat to retaliate. This is a big part of what Warren was saying.

*important* that was not a direct Trump quote but its close

Silent means you were silent also.

So called liberals aren't complaining about Trump disagreeing with the judge which would have been appropriate for him. Trump said he was unqualified because he is Mexican.

It's interesting & not surprising at all how the usual suspects don't address what Warren said but rather just line up to regurgitate what they already believe about Warren. Well, except for Michal who seems to think that Trump is trying to influence a judge by calling him a Mexican & the usual diversionary bullshit.

Maybe the whole discussion can be shifted away from Trump's fraud & bigotry to expressions of bigotry about La Raza thus validating the whole wall concept. Just remember that White America Is being invaded & overwhelmed by drug pushing Mexican rapists. Otherwise it's hard to follow along.

You probably meant partial or biased. It never was solely just about his heritage.

If you listen to the interview he said he's a Mexican...pause...I'm building a wall.
There isn't a big leap to assume he meant he doesn't want a Mexican lineage Judge. When he was corrected by the interviewer that the Judge is American he didn't change his tune. The correction happened multiple times. Trump still hasn't clearly stated what he meant so we have to accept his words.

He's laid out some other reasons, to say it was only because he has Mexican heritage is dishonest.

Other reasons? Like he's not being treated fairly?
Honestly I'm not sold on Trump being guilty of anything other than calling it a University in states where there are regulations as to what can be called a University. He handled that interview very, very poorly and hasn't even made a good attempt at clearing up what he said.

Ps I'm going to attempt my deck staining on Sunday. Your water test trick sounds like a good idea.

Make no mistake, he was incredibly stupid about the whole thing.

Make sure when you do your deck to do complete boards with a wet edge, don't let that edge dry or you'll end up with two coats on those spots which will look like crap.

Yeah I'm aware of that, I'm going to mummify everything else in painters tape. I'm pretty sure the whole thing will require 2 coats wood is moderately weather worn.

Only if the 2nd coat goes into the wood. If it looks wet after a few minutes then it might not be going in. If it drys on top you're going to have a mess.

I suggest you take a peak yourself. Maybe you'll learn something during your discovery.

Since you won't or can't answer, here's the timeline:

Feb. 25....Trump gets hammered in the Repub. debate by Rubio over Trump's fraud lawsuits and the "fake school". Only thing Rubio ever hurt Trump with.

Feb. 27.....Trump gives speech in Bentonville, AK. During the speech, Trump attempts to deflect the fraud lawsuits and Trump U. criticisms with this:

"The judge should have thrown the case out on summary judgment. But because it was me and because there’s a hostility toward me by the judge, tremendous hostility, beyond belief––I believe he happens to be Spanish, which is fine, he’s Hispanic, which is fine, and we haven’t asked for a recusal, which we may do, but we have a judge who’s very hostile.”--Donald Trump, Feb. 27, 2016 at Trump rally in Bentonville, AK, 12:51 CT

At no time does Trump mention anything else about the judge, just his ethnicity.

Feb. 28.....Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, Trump says this when asked about the comment he'd made about the judge in the speech Trump had given two days prior:

"I think the judge has been extremely hostile to me. I think it has to do with the fact I'm very, very strong on the border, and he happens to be extremely hostile to me. We have a very hostile judge. He is Hispanic, and he is very hostile to me."--Donald Trump, Feb. 28, 2016, Fox News Sunday

Again, not one word about anything else, just ethnicity.

Hell, even on June 3, 2016 in the CNN/Jake Tapper interview, Trump barely mentioned anything else surrounding the judge. Trump did utter this line when asked if the judge's heritage mattered:

Tapper: So no Mexican judge could ever be involved in a case that involves you?

Trump: Well, he’s a member of a society where very pro-Mexico and that's fine. It's all fine.

But Trump also said this:

TAPPER: I don't care if you criticize him. That's fine. You can criticize every decision. What I'm saying is, if you invoke his race as a reason why he can't do his job --

TRUMP: I think that’s why he's doing it. I think that's why he's doing it.

(HINT: Trump just said it was about the judge's race.)

TRUMP: I think I'm going to do very well with Hispanics, but we're building a wall. He's a Mexican. We're building a wall between here and Mexico. The answer is, he is giving us very unfair rulings -- rulings that people can't even believe. This case should have ended years ago on summary judgement. The best lawyers -- I have spoken to so many lawyers, they said this is not a case. This is a case that should have ended. This judge is giving us unfair rulings. Now, I say why? Well, I'm building a wall, ok? And it's a wall between Mexico, not another country and --

TAPPER: But he's not from Mexico, he's from Indiana.

TRUMP: Mexican heritage. And he's very proud of it.

Trump only repeats Mexican over and over and over and over and over and over in that interview, transcript at link. One mention of some association, and just barely. And this is months after his Feb. speech in which he NEVER mentioned anything, nor anything else two days later, nor days later.

So, what else was this about?

Wow, bored this morning?
"The judge should have thrown the case out on summary judgment. But because it was me and because there’s a hostility toward me by the judge, tremendous hostility, beyond belief––I believe he happens to be Spanish, which is fine, he’s Hispanic, which is fine, and we haven’t asked for a recusal, which we may do, but we have a judge who’s very hostile.”--Donald Trump, Feb. 27, 2016 at Trump rally in Bentonville, AK, 12:51 CT
He "happens to be Spanish" is somehow, "he's hostile because he is Spanish". How does that work?
At no time does Trump mention anything else about the judge, just his ethnicity.
He does talk about a hostility which you assume is because of his ethnicity.

Why do you assume he's hostile because of his ethnicity? He's hostile AND he's Hispanic (not that he should have brought that up at all).
Again, not one word about anything else, just ethnicity.
Again, he's hostile is something else. You're trying to connect the two as if one causes the other. Maybe, but that isn't obvious.
Trump only repeats Mexican over and over and over and over and over and over in that interview, transcript at link. One mention of some association, and just barely. And this is months after his Feb. speech in which he NEVER mentioned anything, nor anything else two days later, nor days later.
You've made the assumption that he was trying to explain the hostility with his ethnicity. Yes he mentioned his ethnicity and I've blasted him for it. It was incredibly stupid and irrelevant.
So, what else was this about?
The judge is hostile, in his opinion, and he happens to be of Mexican heritage. This hostility isn't encapsulated with "because he's Mexican". In his speeches he isn't pretending to explain WHY he's hostile.

Yeah. The stupid part was letting his racism out in the open
