Since you won't or can't answer, here's the timeline:
Feb. 25....Trump gets hammered in the Repub. debate by Rubio over Trump's fraud lawsuits and the "fake school". Only thing Rubio ever hurt Trump with.
Feb. 27.....Trump gives speech in Bentonville, AK. During the speech, Trump attempts to deflect the fraud lawsuits and Trump U. criticisms with this:
"The judge should have thrown the case out on summary judgment. But because it was me and because theres a hostility toward me by the judge, tremendous hostility, beyond beliefI believe he happens to be Spanish, which is fine, hes Hispanic, which is fine, and we havent asked for a recusal, which we may do, but we have a judge whos very hostile.--Donald Trump, Feb. 27, 2016 at Trump rally in Bentonville, AK, 12:51 CT
At no time does Trump mention anything else about the judge, just his ethnicity.
Feb. 28.....Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, Trump says this when asked about the comment he'd made about the judge in the speech Trump had given two days prior:
"I think the judge has been extremely hostile to me. I think it has to do with the fact I'm very, very strong on the border, and he happens to be extremely hostile to me. We have a very hostile judge. He is Hispanic, and he is very hostile to me."--Donald Trump, Feb. 28, 2016,
Fox News Sunday
Again, not one word about anything else, just ethnicity.
Hell, even on June 3, 2016 in the CNN/Jake Tapper interview, Trump barely mentioned anything else surrounding the judge. Trump did utter this line when asked if the judge's heritage mattered:
Tapper: So no Mexican judge could ever be involved in a case that involves you?
Trump: Well, hes a member of a society where very pro-Mexico and that's fine. It's all fine.
But Trump also said this:
TAPPER: I don't care if you criticize him. That's fine. You can criticize every decision. What I'm saying is,
if you invoke his race as a reason why he can't do his job --
TRUMP:
I think thats why he's doing it. I think that's why he's doing it.
(HINT: Trump just said it was about the judge's race.)
TRUMP: I think I'm going to do very well with Hispanics, but we're building a wall.
He's a Mexican. We're building a wall between here and Mexico. The answer is, he is giving us very unfair rulings -- rulings that people can't even believe. This case should have ended years ago on summary judgement. The best lawyers -- I have spoken to so many lawyers, they said this is not a case. This is a case that should have ended. This judge is giving us unfair rulings. Now, I say why? Well, I'm building a wall, ok? And it's a wall between Mexico, not another country and --
TAPPER: But he's not from Mexico, he's from Indiana.
TRUMP: Mexican heritage. And he's very proud of it.

Trump only repeats Mexican over and over and over and over and over and over in that interview, transcript at link. One mention of some association, and just barely. And this is months after his Feb. speech in which he NEVER mentioned anything, nor anything else two days later, nor days later.
So, what else was this about?
