it was funny that this game was taking so many years, meanwhile companies are coming out with COD 4, Gears of War, Resistance, Half Life, Bioshock, etc... in ya know 2-3 years.

Even though the graphics are pretty bad I still just want to play the game. Seriously though, I think Valve is one of the only developers that could do this game justice. LOL, could you imagine if this got handed to EA or Rockstar (Which is very possible due to Take 2)?

bad? it looks pretty damn good in MOV posted here, awesome animation, monsters look big and bad ass. Even his hands look better than 99% of FPSs. I think graphically it looks awesome. And the MOV isn't of a final product, so the release would probably look even better.

I could see it being handed to Rockstar. They're just as bad as 3DR when it comes to making a polished product.
 
We'll most likely get a console port that needs a quadcore and 2gb of vram to run. LISTEN DEVELOPERS/PUBLISHERS, DUKE NUKEM WAS DESIGENED AND NEEDS TO STAY ON PC ONLY.

can't believe people are falling for this. Look at these screenshots. They're SHITTY. The textures are low res, the lighting is awful. They're obviously from the 2001 build. Didn't any of you see the video from last year where they did the interview? And that plot is a total joke.

Duke Forever will be announced at this E3. Always bet on Duke!

Possibly. All the leaked stuff is coming from various ex-employee's, so they're probably all over the place in terms of dates and builds and whatnot.
 
You are all delusional. If this game really had any chance of being completed do you really think that they would have shut down the studio? It was the logical thing to do, they had been sitting on their ass for 13 years and the only thing they had to show for it were some screenshots and a teaser. It was absurd. Good riddance.
