congrats, the refs played very well for you today. They had a strong game today after having a few mediocre one. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to play under the huge spotlight, but they pulled thru. I especially like the extremely clutch play, when they didnt call redick for the pushoff foul on the inbounds...that would have been huge for temple, cause if they would have scored, it would have given them a chance. But you know those refs...they brought it in teh crunch time cause thats when the best players show up and they definetly did. That was the dagger...once again congrats.

I give Coach K his due for putting together a top rate program that graduates over 60% of his players (compared to most division 1 programs at <30%).
Also, while Dean Smith was a great floor coach, Roy Williams was the secret to his outstanding recruiting classes.

FWIW, my heart pumps Wolfpack red.

I've always hated FSU Football, but remained impartial to their Basketball team since they always sucked anyway.. if they keep knocking off Duke at home I may start to like them!

I don't see it that way. Allegations come up all the time. Many schools would keep playing until someone was convicted - or at least just suspend the players under question. This speaks well for Duke.

I actually think they did a great thing in suspending the whole team until they find out more. I just threw in the link to get the thread going again. Even though it isn't the b-ball team, it is some of the first negativity toward a Duke sports team.
