pot calling the kettle black much?

you know what...you are one of the first ones of the new batch of trolls that caught my eye. Where did you all come from? Did a giant troll sperm pod hatch somewhere and this was the first forum you mouth breathers saw?

translation: "you don't agree with me so I'm going to label you a troll lolk"

other people's opinions are just as valid as yours, and if you think I'm trolling by simply not agreeing with you then you have never seen real trolling...

the police should investigate whether or not the hunter is at fault here before judgement is passed on either of them (which I believe is foundation of the American judicial system).

I personally don't agree with her (I have a hunting license although I rarely "use it") but that hardly warrants shooting her.

shut up troll

that chick should do time for criminal trespass and being fucking ugly

Criminal trespass not found. Nothing in the story says it was a private lake nor that the protesters were trespassing in any way...and being fucking ugly isn't a crime...even though perhaps it should be...

In the end, the shooter is responsible for knowing what he's shooting at...and where his shot is going to end up.
The woman, however, is a fucking idiot for getting amongst the fowl during hunting season.

Will the hunter be prosecuted? I doubt it...

Rod Drew of Field Game Australia chief executive said "we don't want accidents and it's tragic that this has happened".

"But the reality is, we have raised these issues for years of people going into the water to protest," he said,

"We respect their right to do that, but wetlands and guns is not the right place to do it.

"The protesters continuingly break the human safety laws by going into the water before 10am and very few of them understand the safety zone of a shotgun."

The woman was shot at about 9.20am.

Well, this seems to indicate she was at least somewhat at fault since it appears she was legally not supposed to be in the water at that time.

Still, the hunter needs to be sure no one is in the field of fire.

It's like someone jumping in the line of fire of a shooting range. She's at fault. She broke the law. Hunter was just doing his thing.
