Question answered! If yo go to work high, you better have a good reason for it. If you have to be on X drug, it is your companies business to know that. They don't want the legal liability of firing someone because of a medical condition. If you lie to them, then they can honestly say "We had no idea he had this medical condition when we fired him. He was asked and didn't indicate that it existed."

You signed up to work for the company. You agreed to the terms they set, if you don't like it, that too dang bad. Want to change it? Lobby to congress/the supreme court, or run for congress if they don't listen. Bitching about it on the internet isn't going to change anything.

And cheating the system certainly wont change anything, except adding the risk of getting fired for cheating the system.

If you keep the urinator's bladder on your skin the contents will be body temperature. You also assuming that the labratory even checks those things. Any test I've ever taken the urine has sat in a basket for 5-10 minutes before it was touched. So yeah. If you do it right. Its pretty fool proof lest they have someone staring at your cockhole the entire time which I've never heard of.

Thats so silly. I don't have the bankroll to possibly make a lick of difference in congress on any subject let alone this one. I can just as easily continue cheating until they implement a real test such as blood or hair which they won't because it is cost prohibitive and the results aren't nearly as important as the illusion the test itself creates.

I agree with you. MS/GA are expensive. They are only used for sensitive jobs, by completely paranoid employers, and to confirm the pass/fail type tests. I only mentioned it because you said get a lawyer, the tests are flawed. A positive test is automatically tested by a MS/GA, so that machine will sort out if someone is drugging or if the test was broken.

1) A drug test failure doesn't prove one way or the other if you work "high"

2) There is no way medical info is your employers right...you can't be this stupid

If there was a lawsuit over a medical condition that would surely come out now wouldn't it?

If you find enough people that agree with you, then it isn't at all impossible to lobby to congress. But if you let it slide, then you only have yourself to blame when drug testing become more strict/harder to avoid.

your missing the point. The test is an illusion. It stops absolutely nothing but retards and junkies. They don't want a stricter test. They will lose there workforce over night.
 
Let me clear up this medical records mess.

Your employer doesn't get the results directly from the lab, they go through a third party that manages their drug testing program. There are these doctors called MROS (medical review officer) and if you test positive for a prescription drug, as long as you prove to the MRO you have the prescription (fax in the label from the medicine) then they will report the test as NEGATIVE to your employer.

In the case of medical marijuana, it's up to each employer to decide whether they consider that positive or negative, in federally regulated positions (drivers) there is no consideration for medical marijuana, you will be positive.

1) You asked what condition an employer should know of an existing medical condition/history, I gave one. You go to work high/on medical drugs (If you need them, you aren't going to discriminate and say "Ok, I can't take my medication because I'm going to work!" You need it, you should take it). If an employer didn't know about the conditions leading to you coming to work slightly impaired, then they have EVERY right to fire you.

2) It is about informing your employer of something that might impair work, just like students with disabilities have to inform teachers of those disabilities. Your employer can't legally fire you for a medical condition, but they sure as heck can fire you if they have no knowledge of the medical condition and you failed to inform them about it.

well i work in a pharmacy, so i kinda new it was coming thats why i stopped
 
Supporting a drug habit is the number one cause of employee theft, it is also a major contributer to employee absenteeism.

So, to an employer, especially a large one with lots of people in low level positions, the money they save by drug testing far outweighs the money they spend on having a drug testing program.

reduced theft, accidents, absenteeism and personel issues, lower insurance rates, etc...

I'm amazed by companies that DON'T drug test!

I agree you assume the risk if you don't disclose something that could be a factor in your job. Thats not a problem.

If you want to cheat and get someone to piss in a cup for you like some fucking lowlife, and I was your employer, youd be out on your ass and Id be sure to mention your deception and drug habit if your next prospective employment called my offices.

GNC drink and plenty of water prior to the test. You'll pass. 1 month is a good time. Just drink lots of water. to the point where you find yourself pee'ing 24/7. Then do the GNC drink and you'll be OK
