DOW up 3.3% year to date. When does the "winning" start?

Edit: Down 350 now. Swinging hard both ways. All fucked up for sure.

I was putting in an order for a stock I've been watching, hit its 3 year low, by the time I got my order in, it had jumped $4/share, luckily I put in a limit order.
