It would be hard to beat my hands for being dry - and I use all sorts of lotions. I carry a roll of bandage stuff with me at all times. All I did this morning was tapped a desk like a drum roll, and thought, "oh crap" as I felt the wetness. Finger split wide open & covered it and its neighbor in blood. 30 seconds later, it was wrapped. So far, the most I've had to have bandaged was 8 fingers this winter. Yesterday, it was 4 fingers, today it's 5.
I have dry skin on my face all winter - because of the low humidity / dry air... I scratch my eyelids really bad in my sleep. Humidifier doesn't help much. No lotion no matter how thick or thin seems to help since it irritates it and burns. You know what works best? Good ole Vaseline.
Even better is Aquaphor which also heals your skin.
use body wash, problem solved.
Tried it - didn't seem to help me for some reason. I know the texture is similar. Maybe the extra ingredients irritated.
So what's the best dry skin body wash?
