Last week I did 295x5 @154lbs, down to parallel, wearing a belt. Last year I did:
315x5 (on 5/15 @ 154lbs)
305 x 8 (on 4/24 @ 154lbs)

Woot, I found a video from last year showing my form. I've since improved my form a bit ( use less lower back now)
