:thumbsup: Welcome! Decent form on the video, didn't see much wrong there. Are you saying that you are more upright now?Last week I did 295x5 @154lbs, down to parallel, wearing a belt. Last year I did:
315x5 (on 5/15 @ 154lbs)
305 x 8 (on 4/24 @ 154lbs)

Well, I still low bar squat but my form is better (I tended to shoot up early in,the hips then use my back to get upright):thumbsup: Welcome! Decent form on the video, didn't see much wrong there. Are you saying that you are more upright now?
