For at least 1 Rep, double your bodyweight. Preferably RAW (i.e. no knee wraps) and drug free.
Other double bodyweight squatters, check in here! I know Pantlegz and Deeko can.
My story: After 14 weeks of training with a world class coach, I finally hit the milestone and dam it feels good (it was also after a back strain due to a bad deadlift that shelved me for 2 weeks, so technically 12 weeks). I used to hate squatting (body is mostly chest/torso), and could only rep 225 on the stupid ass Smith machine at the end of January - pathetic I know. Today hit 385 at 190, legally RAW with only a belt and it went up rather quick. I'm still in disbelief, it's something I never thought I would ever achieve in my life. In fact, my goal has always been a RAW double bodyweight bench so I never cared much about legs. Amazing what hard work, a strict diet, and proper rest will do for an old man like me (over 35). I have a PL meet in June and am hoping to hit 1200 lbs, but we'll see. Deadlift is kind of lagging a bit and my weakness (only 425lb max), lower back still isn't accustomed to having that much pressure but it seems to get better each session.
Feel free to share your story of such an achievement.
