Hmmm, OK, well, I'm already not liking trump... We got a HUGE mess in the USA and all this guy worries about is Obama's birth certificate? Sounds like he's more into making a stupid movie ... We got high gas prices, jobs, energy problems, deficit woes, etc...etc...etc... and all this guy can think of is this?

Who gives a shit. Well, maybe the Obama haters might... Next we'll have Palin showing off her certificate. I don't wanna see a fucking birth certificate I wanna see some sort of brain function you know some intelligence.

Sigh... he already sounds like a brain dead blow hard.

Anyone here from Hawaii? Go try and get your "long form" birth certificate. You can't. When you contact them online or in person or by mail and request your birth cert you get what obama has already posted online for all to see, verified by various news outlets. The FBI accepts it when you apply to work there. The CIA accepts it. The State dept accepts it when you apply for a passport.

Trump keeps his hair the way it is b/c it hides the scars from the surgery when he had that monkey brain transferred into his skull.
 
A couple of years ago I requested a replacement birth certificate from North Carolina, and received a Certificate of Live Birth remarkably similar to what President Obama has provided.

This whole thing is really amazing. Forget the birth certificate, it was posted in the fracking newspaper, lol. So I guess everyone knew in 1961 when he was born he would be president so they started constructing a lie of where he was born.
 
Can someone clear something up for me? Isn't Obama's mother American, so why does it matter where he was born? Aren't all children of American citizens automatically become an American citizen?

I try not to respond to threads like this, that are worthless; an 'I'm not replying to this thread' post might help make the point, but also adds to the responses.

Anyway, to answer your question, it appears there is a provision in the law that would be an issue IF Obama were born outside the Unites States.

It requires that if only parent is a US citizen, they had to live in the US 5 years after the age of 16, and she was only 18.

1. No, and the rules have changed from time-to-time. Under the rules at that time, he would not have automatically been a US citizen if born abroad. IIRC, something about many years the mother had to have lived in the US as an adult.

2. The Constitutional rerquirement isn't to merely be a "US Citizen", it's something like "Natural Born Citizen" which many understand to mean actually born here in the USA. But, AFAIK, it's never been taken up by the SCOTUS so there is disagreement over that.
