That is fvcking criminal that the US would do that to him. He talked to them all along the way on that bust and then they shafted him after he made it...and gave him no reward money.

He is scum. I dunno what Discovery was thinking with that show.
Why is he scum?
Have you seen the show? He is scum.

why? because he gets people that are wanted from the law? have you watched the show? after he gets them he actually tries to help them

No he doesn't. I know people that have worked with him...it's all publicity. Alot of the time, he will call the person up beforehand and ask them if they want to be on national television. He is scum and a scam. Worthless trash IMHO.

Right... well I'm his kid brother and also the director of the show, so I know it's not all publicity.

I like the part where you seem to think it's a bad idea to call someone up and entice them to get caught by offering to put them on TV. That's like reading a story about a bank teller who foiled a robbery by telling the gunman he has to fill out the robbery form and calling the bank teller scum and a scam.

Also it seems you believe that all the people seen on documentaries don't have to give permission to be shown on TV and apparently must think they just arbitrarily blur people's faces sometimes.

Of course. Anytime anything hits the news the wikinerds rush to be the first to add it to Wikipedia. Somtimes the details of a developing event can take up more than half of an article. People don't understand that Wikipedia is supposed to be an encyclopedia, not a newspaper. Space devoted to a recent event shouldn't be disproportionate. More detailed information can be included in a separate article about the event.

Gawd forbid that he should be held accountable for breaking the law in a foreign country, even if he did get a rapist off the streets in the process...he still needs to answer to Mexico for what he did illegally there...

He was arrested in Mexico 3 years ago for this and then released.

Great, lets extradite the CIA agents who kidnapped Italian citizens and sent them to illegal jails around the world.

The guy they brought back is serving a 124-year sentence for rape...I think we should be looking at what he did RIGHT in this case.

Either way being a bounty hunter in hawaii is probably an easier gig than in the mainland.
For criminals to leave hawaii, they would need to fly out where as in the mainland, they can just drive on forever.
I still don't think he's scum. he's cleaning up the streets, trying to clean up the ice problem, and has received accolades from the governor for it.
One thing I don't like about him is when he tries to speak pidgin english. ugh!

The show is annoying, they'll call someone and tell them they're coming to pick them up...the person will be like 'ok' and then they spend 10 minutes of showtime planning the pickup trying to build the drama. Then they'll go pickup the person and have 5 people with mace canisters try to bum rush one guy who is waiting willingly to be picked up. The drama of the situation is totally overdone.

They need to be arresting the illegal mexicans before worrying about the DOG!
True... and unless is was for murder or a very serious crime against a mexican citizen, I don't think the U.S government would just hand anyone over. What is the charge?
Going to Mexico and finding/abducting a fugitive wanted for several violent rapes.
Don't bounty hunters usually carry firearms? That would explain why he doesn't on his show - always puzzled me.
He doesn't carry a firearm because he can't own one. He is a convicted felon.
Indeed. But I believe what someone else posted above is still partially true; that he doesn't allow his crew to carry because that can easily escalate a situation.

Isn't his company called "Da Kine?" I dunno why, but it pisses me off when people move somewhere and try to adapt to the culture, and I'm not even from Hawaii.

Reminds me of Madonna's British accent. :p

What's wrong with adapting with the culture...most of the people in hawaii aren't even hawaiian anyways.

If people want to adapt to the culture, "E Komo Mai"

What irony? He has only done good. I know a lot of you don't like his mullet haircut but who cares? He's only done good. What bad has he done? It's obvious that Luster's $$$ is playing a big factor here. As corrupted as Mexico is, I can see through all their little lies. I'm sure his family paid off the govt. in order to try and get "revenge" on Dog. Why though? Your relative has only done BAD! I guess evil has no conscience. It doesn't matter, though.

No, he doesn't like to carry them because they tend to escalate a touchy situation. Not sure I agree with him entirely on that but it seems to work for him.

As a convicted felon, he cannot own firearms.

As has already been stated, he doesn't let his crew have them either. If it was just because he was a convicted felon, the rest of the crew would carry them.
