He did his time and now he's making a good life for himself. What's the problem? Would you rather see him out on the street killing people again? At least he lifted himself above that life.

Just watched the news feed and here is my take...
The rapists family has lots of jack and probably paid a lot of mexican officials to put out a warrant. That still begs the question why is the U.S. government responding to an order to arrest the Dog who apprehended a U.S. citizen (who is now server 125+ years).

Apparently bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico, but why would the US Gov't hand him over when he has done such good for eliminating the scum from US society?
