welp OP is dying
I call dibs on OP's spare set of keys to the batcave bathroom.
The Elite Member bathroom is always occupied.
welp OP is dying
well if something becomes bigger with time it's usually bad.
Streptococci are bacterium, not virus. That looks similar to a viral (streptococcal) skin infection I had in 2010.
What are you talking about?I call dibs on OP's spare set of keys to the batcave bathroom.

I'm too lazy. Plus it looks about the same as it did yesterday, but it isn't clearing up at all. Doc suspected it should start to fade after the first application of topical cream, but nope. Has me a little concerned, but I slathered more on this morning and we'll see how it looks tonight. We need a new, updated pic.
Thanks for the tip. I'll mention it when I go back in Monday. (At this rate, i'm assuming I'll be going back since it isn't changing at all like she suspected it should.)That looks similar to a viral (streptococcal) skin infection I had in 2010. The steroidal cream they gave me didn't do anything. It was pretty serious, and I would definitely make sure you are getting treated properly.
In my case, they ended up putting a catheter directly into a main artery b/c the serious medication would degrade smaller passages too fast, so I was running around with a tube sticking out of and strapped to my arm for two weeks. Thankfully, the medication worked.
What state do you live in? Some flies are transmitters of leishmaniasis, a serious and painful infection.
is it puss filled? and waiting to make a head???
here's how mine looked before it got crazy:
i was already VERY SWOLLEN, my leg is not that big naturally..

I don't think you should wait to see a Dr. Ask Zane about his leg....
Not at all, it's warm to the touch but there doesn't seem to be any swelling or infection other than the redness on the skin. The doc thinks it's a surface infection from the bite, not anything poisonous.
I had cellulitis once where it took about 3-4 days before the antibiotics started kicking in. I'm a bit concerned that you're only using a topical cream rather than a combination of that and an oral antibiotic. This kind of thing is no joke.
I already did. Antibiotic and some topical cream, if it doesn't look better in ~2 days, go back right away. She's concerned it's a spider bite, I thought it was a deer fly.
FFS, does nobody in here bother to read?
