I need to get back to it, but it is extremely difficult to dedicate 6 days/week to it. I stopped after a couple weeks due to coming down with a nasty flu and then straining/dislocating a shoulder (not due to working out). I leave the house around 8:30 and get home around 7:00 p.m., have two dogs, a toddler, and my wife is 8 months pregnant. It doesn't leave a ton of time to dedicate 1+ hours to daily.
I enjoyed it while doing it, but not sure I have the energy/ability to continue waking up around 4:30 - 5:00 just to work out six days/week.
