I don't get it...you have oily skin...but the products dry your face too much? Are you applying straight up ethanol to your face? Are you sure about oily skin? Try something that hydrates a little more - I bet you that your face is not as oily as you think. Is it your T-zone that is oily, or is your entire face building up oil everywhere? Clinique's line is decent, albiet expensive. If you really want to care, you can use their eye cream as well as its pretty good. As for a toner, the people I know swear and live by Kheils products. If you have oily skin you'll probably want their tea tree toner. I tried it, and it didn't work that well for me. I had great results with Neutrogena non alcoholic toner so you might want to try it (they have four levels depending on how oil you allegedly are...but again my friends don't like it). I just refilled up on Clinique eye cream though, and since I finished my toner, I'm giving Clinique's toner a try (its pretty cheap...although its just been a few days so I can't comment).
I have oily skin - its so oily that I do not even bother with moisturizer because 3 hours later the oil build up has returned on my face and I need to daub with facial absorbent paper. In fact, I found that my acne became a lot more controlled after I stopped using any type of moisturizer. My current regime consists of face wash + toner + eye cream and I'm good to go. the sad part is my lips get super dry super fast x_x
P.S. Remember not to just rub the facewash (whichever brand you use) on your face. Get it wet first and create bubbles...once you have that bubbly froth, then rub all over your face. Applying it as a paste directly to your face is pointless. Also, when you apply moisturizer, eye cream, or toner...PLEASE do not rub it on your face as if you are trying to stretch the hell out of it. Apply a normal force (pressure)...do not apply a shear force.
