labels themselves aren't wrong, it's how SOME labels are perceived. "niger" is a label that has some really strong and bad connotation to it. "black" people, is that a bad label or a descriptive one? are all descriptive label's bad? what if someone called me a "fat" person? would that be a STUPID label or a factual label? can something be both STUPID and Descriptive?
Would a 'Niger' be someone from Nigeria?
no it's me thinking that "n1gger" would be a banned word and intentionally misspelling it so that i wouldn't have to be hit with the "You have used a banned word message" etc. i figured 90% of aters would recognize the attempt.
