Do you think healthcare should be mandatory for America?

It seems like we already are paying for the poor people with no insurance. We pay medicare taxes even if we don't use it, and when poor people get care and don't pay for it...the costs are just passed onto the paying customers in the form of increased prices for services.

The only way we wouldn't be paying for lazy bums healthcare is if we refused to treat them altogether unless they could pay.
