I don't listen to rap much, but was going through launch's top 100 list, mainly rap/hip-hop in the top 10. Clicked and tried a few songs. My personal favorites:

50 cent - in da club
Nelly - Pimp Juice (one of my personal favorites)
Nelly - Air Force One's (This guy really likes his shoes!)
Aalliya- miss you
NAS- I can



BTW WTH is mariah carey doing a duet with busta rymes?
 
If you define rap as Nelly, 50 cent, Ja Rule, etc., then no, and I can understand why others don't like it. If you define it as 2pac, Notorious BIG, Dre, Snoop, Nas, and most of the underground scene, then yes
