yes I do
scrambled eggs are nasty tho in the cafeteria since more often than not they are not fully cooked and have a strange consistency, some days it is done right tho
when I cook 'em at home they are good :) I like them over medium myself, white is fully cooked but yolk is still runny, don't like that part hard

This thread inspired me to fix some hard boiled eggs and make an egg salad sandwitch :)

I love eggs - as long as they're cooked, it doesn't really matter how.

I stayed a weekend recently with my dad and his wife - she made scrambled eggs for breakfast, with green olives mixed in. It was odd...not bad, but definitely odd. And I like green olives in my egg salad, so it shouldn't have been so wierd.

I still call them that sometimes. In fact, guess what I just ate an hour ago... fried sunny side up eggs. Mmmmm.... gooey goodness! It is one my favorite foods.

I'll eat them any way, except deviled.

Dietary cholesterol has minimal effect on serum cholesterol levels, so eat all the eggs you want. Tasty, protein rich, versatile. Scrambled, omelet, sunnyside, poached, salad, however.
Not bad for a hen's menstrual discharge.
