Nothing beats fresh eggs from home-grown chickens (versus the big factories with thousands of chickens, sitting in tiny little cages, being fed the minimum amount of feed to keep them producing)

Do I eat eggs?
My friggin chickens are laying 12 to 16 eggs every day. I'm *SICK* of eating eggs.
Sunnyside up,
over easy
scrambled with cheddar cheese on top
omelets

I was thinking of using a couple dozen up to make some angel food cake tonight.

I typically eat at least 6 egg whites, scrambled, each day. Every now and then I'll put in a yolk or two.

I'm on a high protein diet for weight lifting.

I used to eat eggs, a LOT of eggs. Then I learned each egg has 210mg of Cholesterol, which is MORE than which is recommended as a daily allowance.

I recently switched to egg beaters to help lower my cholesterol and I'm down 32 points in 30 days with that change alone. It's a win-win situation I guess because I can't taste the difference between an egg beaters and regular eggs.

This is exactly the reason I usually eat only the whites and not the yolks. Most of an egg's cholesterol is in the yolk. I eat egg beaters sometimes, and I really can't tell the difference between them and real eggs either, except that they tend to be a little "wet".

Eggs are tasty, but I don't eat them all that often.

My favorite is Egg Curry .... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I'm not Indian, and nobody in my family knows how to prepare it, but I've had it at a friends house a few times, and also at the "India House" restaurant in Buffalo Grove, Illinois a few times. It is out of this world, one of my favorite foods ever.

Also, I like Omlettes.

Yes, usually over easy, sometimes other accepted ways.

Almost never have them two days in a row.

I do not like Green Eggs and Ham
I do not like them
Sam, I am

I do not like them here or there
I do not like them anywhere
I do not like them in a boat
I would not, could not, with a goat

I will not eat them in the rain
I do not like them on a train
I do not like them in a box
I will not eat them with a fox

I do not like them in a house
I would not, could not, with a mouse
I do not like Green Eggs and Ham
I do not like them
Sam, I am

Actually, I do like eggs. Love them even. Overeasy, over medium, over hard, scrambled, in an omelet, in a sandwich...
