YES i do like to EAT eggs.

mostly omelets on Sunday mornings. with either bacon or deli turkey broken up into little morsels, green peppers, mushrooms, cheese, onion flakes. stuff like that.

i really like them over easy too. egg-cellent.

Bacon and sausages 1st, leave grease in pan, throw in the scramble egg, hello heart attack and blood clog before age 30.

Eggs are delicious.

I prefer mine over-easy/medium fried with some hashbrowns and toast. Mix eggs with hashbrowns until hashbrowns and eggs are "goop". Spread "goop" on toast and enjoy with a tall glass of cold orange juice. Food of the Gods.

scrambled, omelettes, poached, eggs benedict (mmm holandaise), lemon curd (great on some pound cake), souffle, bread puddings....eggs are fantastic, not a fan of them fried usually, for some reason
