I would defintely agree with this. I have observed many guys attempts to get laid. It is not necessary to be a complete asshole to women. It is necessary to know what you are doing and not fall into traps that most men get tripped up on. It is somewhat of a power game. That is why "players" are sometimes perceived as selfish assholes.

You cannot get laid by buying flowers for women, "being nice" or doing anything else that displays a NEED for affection.

If you are not sure as to whether or not you know what you are dong, then you do not know what you are doing, and I suggest you talk to guys who do not have touble getting laid as well as hitting on lots of girls to gain experience in seduction.

Well, I'm in the Army. I teach Swing dance to beginners at University of Utah Swing Kids club. I'm also very addicted to Brazilian Jujitsu for the last 8 years. I'm in EXCELLENT physical condition. I'm not the most handsome man in the universe, but i'm not ugly either.

Keep bothering her. Her text message was just trying to see how dedicated you were to her. If you give your 40 calls a day and knock on her apartment/door 3 times an hour, I'm sure she'll capitulate soon.

it's not exactly realistic to think you're going to get through life never having been rejected by a possible love interest.. it's a bit of a stretch to take one relationship failure, and generalize to all "nice guys".. also, what makes you a "nice guy" to begin with, OP?
