Do I look overweight?

Yeah, I need to drop a few more. It's just hard when I leave my apartment at 6am and dont get back until 7pm and then need to still work half a day saturday. Not a lot of time to hit the gym.

Trust me, I was 5'11" at 201lbs (at 48 years old) and I was overweight. You are doing a good job of hiding it in those photos with loose shirt and jacket, but you are overweight and it will only get worse as you age. You need to start eating healthy now to avoid a more difficult problem later. I am now 168lbs and still working to get it down a little more.

Ummm, I'm not hiding anything. In a fitted sweater I look defined. At 168 I would be underweight. Would you say a 210 linebacker or running back was overweight? And I do eat healthy. I have lost nearly 100 pounds, so I dont really need a lecture about how to lose weight. 200 pounds of with a lot of muscle (and admittidly a little extra fat) is a lot different than an out of shape 200 pounds. Im not saying you were totally out of shape, but I would not look good @ 160 pounds.

Oh, and yeah, thanks for the comments on the suit. It's my favorite suit.

Too hard to tell with a suit, fills your shoulders out too much, try a tshirt pic or something. You might just have a high bodyfat and not actually be immense.

can't find any good pics of me like that right now. I doubt its all fat as I rep 200lbs on the bench and squat over 400lbs.

Is that 200lbs naked morning weight after the toilet or with shoes on?

You don't look fat with clothes on.

In my video I'm at 88Kg ~ 194lbs naked weight morning post toilet. With food, water and some clothes but nothing heavy my weight goes to 92kg ~ 202lbs. I'm 5'10.

I think an 0.5-1 inch of fat is a bit too much fat to grab, depending on how much you train.

He used to be 290. He exercises regularly and lifts weights now. Did you read the thread?

It all depends on how muscular you are. If your 200lbs @ 22% bf thats too much. If your 15% that isn't that bad if your 40yrs+. If your 10-12% then you'll be pretty muscular and pretty lean.

Ah, you're one of those guys who likes the hyper-thin women who look like teenage boys, huh? Curves on a woman are a good thing.

A girl can be thinner than the lady in red and not be hyper-thin. No offense to the lady in red.

Is that a freeweight squat to parallel or below? Based on the rest of your posts, I find that a bit hard to believe. No offense, it's just that a 400+ lb. legal depth, freeweight squat is a pretty difficult thing for most people and they have to train pretty seriously for a decent period of time to get there.

BTW, I think your girl is cute. She's got a nice rack, er, smile... and women look good to me with meat on their bones.

What most guys would call a little chubby is what I consider hot.

Can you guess what movie that came from?

Pulp Fiction

(ok, I cheated but it was very familiar to me)

If you are trying to be fat, you fail. You fail at fatso.

I, however, have been way too successful at being fatso .... hopefully my efforts to cut down from about 4000+ calories per day down to a minuscule 2500 calories per day will pay off.

... after seeing the second pic of your GF below, she looks like a keeper.

Your face may not look fat, but that doesnt mean you are not over weight. Im 6'3" and 200lbs, my face looks thin, but my stomach is pretty pudgy.

Don't be so defensive. Why bother asking a question like this if you're not prepared to hear a wide variety of answers. You look fine, although it's hard to tell in those pictures.

BTW, your girlfriend has nice gams.

you look fine but it's difficult to tell from that shot. after doing some math, your BMI is 28. that is overweight and you should try to get to around 160-170. 180 is already overweight. although atleast you seem to carry it well.

and Aimster, your weight is perfect and is a healthy weight.
