Do I look overweight?

You don't look fat from the picture but then again, there's no way of knowing from just a headshot. I once had a college professor who was super skinny except for his third trimester belly. As for the girl, don't take it the wrong way as I'm just being honest but she could definitely afford to lose some weight.

BTW, what type of work do you do that requires you to work 13 hours a day + some on the weekends? Do you run your own business or are you a consultant?

can't find any good pics of me like that right now. I doubt its all fat as I rep 200lbs on the bench and squat over 400lbs.

Is that a freeweight squat to parallel or below? Based on the rest of your posts, I find that a bit hard to believe. No offense, it's just that a 400+ lb. legal depth, freeweight squat is a pretty difficult thing for most people and they have to train pretty seriously for a decent period of time to get there.

My mate front squats 173Kg ~ 380lbs to bottom. He'll back max out today. He should get 195Kg ~ 439lbs! Strong mofo. He weighs 225lbs.

Rarely seen anyone in any gym any half decent amount to any depth!

you look fine but it's difficult to tell from that shot. after doing some math, your BMI is 28. that is overweight and you should try to get to around 160-170. 180 is already overweight. although atleast you seem to carry it well.

and Aimster, your weight is perfect and is a healthy weight.

BMI is for guys that don't train that often. Go on BF%. If your 10-15% that is okay. 15% is a bit on the high side but more normal for 40yrs+ guys. If it's about 12% thats quite lean.

Hard to tell with the flash suit 😉

You need to show a pic without a shirt on.

Many guys carry all or most of their excess fat around their waist. I'm 5'11" and 215. But I'm a body builder with a 33" waist.

Pshh. I'm 6'1" 220 with a 37-inch waist. I can lift 12 ounces like...20 times a night! I win.

/hides behind some girl b/c Amused might kick my ass

I would never kick your ass. I might do something to your ass, but I'd never kick it.

:lips:

hmm does that mean you will :lips: his ass???? :shock;

To start...

You're kinda hot there yourself, sugartits.

Oh that sounds soooo kinky! You two need to get a room. With a webcam of course!

Seconded!

OP: You look fine. 🙂

Maybe its just to be nice, but I weigh 208lbs and I'm only 5'10". People say I'm large (sometimes buff) but not fat. So IDK. But I do know, you are one inch taller and 8 pounds skinnier, so I think your good.

I'd say yes, you are overweight, not by a lot, but by a bit. Not to be mean, but you look a little out of shape too. It would be better if you could post a t-shirt pic or something like that because it is hard to see with the jacket on. You probably could offset your weight with muscle gain in 3-5 months with minimal work and no diet change by lifting 3x a week for about an hour.

WTF are you talking about. Overwreight and out of shape are two different things. He looks like normal weight but semi-out of shape.

I would say overweight is 40-50lbs+.

He can drop 10-20lbs depending on how much muscle mass he has and how lean he wants to get.

The OP is NOT OVERWEIGHT. He could close 10-20lbs but that goes for nearly every guy on here that isn't rocking 12% bf legitimately.

OP you've done a great job losing a lot of fat. 90lbs! Keep at it.

I'm calling you out on the 400lb squat. Let's see pics or video. Or I'll let you substitute a 475+ pound deadlift. Don't bother if you're talking about smith machine squats or anything not done to at least powerlifting legal depth (hip crease below top of knee).
