It kinda doesn't at all. Privilege is not the sole determinant of personal income, nor is personal income the sole determinant of well being.

Furthermore, white privilege is about more than simply skin color, it is actually an ethnic and cultural societal bias that happens to come from concepts of middle to upper class white America. This is why you will see certain 'redneck' cultures like those in Appalachia that have diminished access to this, etc, etc. Anyways, it's a long discussion that I'm not particularly interested in having with you.

This is not someones home, or a private club we are talking about. This is a business that is open to the public. Anyone can go to mets field and buy a ticket, so its not like its a private club.

Do you know where the term "redneck" comes from?

Its original meaning was for people who worked the fields. Since they worked bent over in the fields, the back of their neck would get sunburned.

Thus the name "redneck".

Being a redneck has nothing to do with being a "thug".

If anything, redneck is the opposite of thug; as rednecks are hard workers who do physical labor.
